Delicious and Fruity Dessert that is pleasing to the EYES and YOUR MOUTH! Great for the Holidays because you don't feel as guilty eating it as you do with cakes or candy!

I first tried this at a fabulous family owned restaurant in our area that just celebrated 150 years in business. I thought, "What an unusual side," so I had to try it. I loved it so I looked up the recipe. This is a good alternative to your run-of-the-mill sides for holiday dinners. Delish!

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jello as directed "MINUS" 1 Cup of the Water.
  2. Add Pie Filling, Pineapples, and Pecans.
  3. Chill until set.
  4. Mix all topping ingredients, except the Pecans, with a mixer or blender until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spread over set Jello and sprinkle with Pecans.
  6. This recipe can also be made using Strawberry Pie filling and Crushed Pineapples, or Lime Jello and Manderin Orange Segments.
  7. Any combination is fine and its Delicious!
  8. A Festive Holiday Treat that is sure to please everyone!
