- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1⁄2 cup dried blueberries
- all ingredients at room temp.
- Add ingredients in order that manufacture suggests for the sweet bread cycle.
- Choose the medium crust.
I made that but added I lemon zest an juiced served it toasted with real maple syrup.. Amazing my kids loved it makes for a quick breakfast
I folled the directions aside from letting the sour cream get to room temp. I added to the dry active yeast ( I used a tsp and a half) It turned out awesome! Sweet and smooth. I took it to a Christmas dinner. We smeared cream cheese on the slices It was a huge hit! Very sweet and dense.
I very carefully followed directions, and had all ingredients at room temperature. I baked it on the sweet cycle and got a small, heavy, chewy loaf of bread. It went in the garbage!
