Inspired by "The Farm Vegetarian Cookbook." Blueberries can be replaced by cranberries, raisins, walnuts or whatever else you like.

  1. Sift together first seven ingredients, then cut in margarine.
  2. Set aside 1 cup of mixture for topping.
  3. Add last four ingredients.
  4. Beat with a whisk, then pour into lightly oiled and floured 8 x 8" pan.
  5. Sprinkle with topping.
  6. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
