Blueberry Cobbler

Recipe by jaynine

This delicious cobbler has a fairly thin crust on top, plus a struesel topping. If you can't get fresh blueberries, frozen should work fine. I love it served hot, with vanilla ice cream.

Wow! Just took this out of the oven and it is amazing! Very good flavor - not too sweet. Really good with ice cream on top! Thank you for the delicious recipe! I will be making this one again.
