Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat butter in a bowl with a mixer until fluffy.
  3. Add powdered sugar; beat until combined.
  4. Beat in 2 cups of the flour.
  5. Press on bottom of a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  6. For filling, combine eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, baking powder, and remaining flour.
  7. Sprinkle berries over prepared crust.
  8. Top with the filling.
  9. Bake 30-35 minutes, until set.
  10. Cool.
  11. Additional powdered sugar can be spread on top. Cut into bars.
