Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

These bars are so delicious. I took them to work for a breakfast treat and everyone loved them.

I served these at a dessert and movie night at my house. These were very well received. Made them a day before and they still tasted fresh. Froze some of the leftovers (I had a lot of desserts made!!) Thanks Chris

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 12 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
  • 12 cup sliced almonds


  1. Heat over to 350.
  2. Grease 13x9 baking pan.
  3. Reserve 1/2 cup cake mix.
  4. Combine remaining mix, crumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter.
  5. Press into bottom and slightly up sides of pan.
  6. Beat cream cheese, sugar, 2 eggs in bowl until smooth.
  7. Spread on crust.
  8. Dollop with filling.
  9. Sprinkle reserved cake mix and almonds on top of blueberry filling; drizzle with remaining butter.
  10. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minute.
  11. Cool and then refrigerate.
  12. Cut into 24 bars and serve.
