- In a small bowl add buttermilk, egg whites & vanilla.
- Mix these two together.
- add blueberries & zest. Bake at 400 for 15 min.
Dry, and too strong of a wheat taste. Kind of Chewy. I'll give it credit for being good for the calories, but I would recomend finding a different recipe.
