Dry, and too strong of a wheat taste. Kind of Chewy. I'll give it credit for being good for the calories, but I would recomend finding a different recipe.

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
  2. In a small bowl add buttermilk, egg whites & vanilla.
  3. Mix these two together.
  4. add blueberries & zest. Bake at 400 for 15 min.
