This is a yummy dessert served either hot or cold, with ice cream, whipped cream or just plain!!

  1. Mix together 1/4 cup shortening, baking powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 cup flour, and 1/4 teaspoons salt. Spread in lightly greased and floured 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Spread 3 with 2 cups blueberries.
  3. Sprinkle with the following rubbed together to form crumbs: 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar, margarine, and cinnamon.
  4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
