1. Great for our pancakes this AM. I added more water to thin it out. Loved it!

 2. Quick, easy and delicious! Took about 5 minutes start to finish. Kids and adults both gobbled it up on waffles!

 3. My hubby made this blueberry sauce to serve over pancakes this morning. It's simple and delicious but a little too sweet for my liking. For others who desire less sweetness, I would recommend reducing the sugar to 1/3 cup. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Chris!

 4. This was so good.

 5. I never reviewed this but have made it more than once. I used it for a cheesecake topping and it was a huge hit! Great, easy recipe.

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
