I also would give this more than 5 stars! Incredibly moist and delicious! Very easy to put together as posted. It did take longer to cook in my oven. Made this for a special breakfast for the kids and everyone enjoyed it! I used frozen blueberries and will certainly make this again.

I made 1.5x this recipe and baked it in a 15"x10" pyrex dish. I used convection (fan) at 300F for 50-55 minutes. I didn't put any toppings on it, and my kids loved it as is. It would do with a little wetness over it such as a buttery glaze or ice cream, maybe even a dab of just butter. But very yummy as is. Easier than pie, with no greasing the pan! Yes, you can add extra blueberries to this. I whipped the egg whites first before using the beaters on the rest. I reduced the sugar just a tiny bit and it was fine. People who like to reduce sugar could likely do so without much ill effect.

My MIL brought over a TON of fresh blueberries and I had no clue what to do with them. This recipe was a huge hit. I've actually made 3 batches of it in the last few days. Two for my family and one to send home with my mom. I did add a thin powdered sugar glaze on top while it was hot. Very easy to make and perfect with a cup of coffee. Thanks so much.

I made this on the fly for a last-minute coffee break. It will be a summer staple in our house! Super easy and super delicious! Thanks!

Heaven! This tastes just like a blueberry muffin. I made this for our Memorial Day picnic, and the entire pan was gone! A new favorite here... thanks!

This turned out wonderfully and I just made it to get rid of the blueberries in the fridge, but I'm SO glad I did! Everyone loved it and it's become an instant favorite. Thanks!

Excellent. Made a double batch to slip in the freezer (if I can get it there before it disappears). I might skip the egg white beating next time and see if it affects the texture much; after all, this is a recipe to make those blueberries shine!
