  1. Smoothies are my new favorite grab and go breakfast. I used frozen banana and blueberry, so no need for the ice. This is a light and fruity combination. I used skim milk, and in the future I will also use vanilla soy milk.

  2. I made this for my 3 year old and he loved it. I used soy milk and it was great. It's a great healthful snack! Thanks for sharing.

  3. My 2 year old smoothie addict just loved this one. It was smoother and thinner then most I have made (and could be drunk through a sippy cup which many cannot). I might add a few more ice cubes next time to make it a little thicker. I used skim milk to bring down the fat content a bit and it was just fine. I wonder how it would be with soy milk? Thanks for a good nutrient & fiber packed way to start the day!
