Yet another breakfast smoothie with my favorite smoothie ingredient oatmeal. Nice and thick and filling
- 1⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 banana (frozen)
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- Blend all ingredients till smooth.
Yummy, yummy!! I picked this recipe to start our smoothie kick and it was awesome. I doubled it for hubby and me and I've made it quite often while blueberries are on sale. Thanks!
Really good! Yummy for breakfast. Have enjoyed this several times. I use soy milk and throw in a whole banana. Have used both vanilla and plain yogurt. No chalky taste or weird texture, but I use a Vitamix which is powerful. Thanks for sharing!
