I used sweetened yogurt so I reduced the sugar to 1 cup. It was a little too sweet for us, but that is just a personal preference. Thanks for the recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 190 C.
  2. Place apple, blueberries, lemon rind and caster sugar in large bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine sour cream and yoghurt.
  5. Layer fruit mixture with sour cream mixture in 4 x 1 cup ovenproof ramekins finishing with a sour cream layer.
  6. Bake 15 - 20 minutes till top is golden and apples are cooked.
  7. Sprinkle with a little more caster sugar and place under hot grill for about 3 minutes till sugar caramelizes.
  8. Serve immediately.
