Full of healthy ingredients! I'm putting this here for safekeeping, I want to try it! Adapted from Whole Living.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 1⁄2 cups frozen blueberries (6 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds, ground
- 3 dates, pitted (Medjool or Deglet)
- 2 cups water
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve. Enjoy!
