Marinated Wings
- 25 -30 chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup gin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- sesame seeds (optional)

- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 garlic clove, chopped finely
- 1⁄3 cup honey
- 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup gin
- 1⁄2 cup catsup
directions
- Marinated Chicken Wings
- Place chicken wings in large baking dish and cover with soy sauce, gin, and sugar mixture. Let marinate overnight or for 24 hours. Turn if necessary to cover both sides.
- Remove chicken from marinade and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Baked Blue Ruin:.
- Blend garlic, honey, soy sauce, gin and catsup together. Pour over chicken wings in the dish. Marinate in refrigerator overnight at least, but 24 hours is better.
- Set oven at 350 degrees. Place wings in shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over the wings. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Serve as appetizers.
