Blue Raspberry Fruit Shake

"This is an extremely fruity shake which turns out a pleasingly purple hue. You can use other berries as well, strawberries are also good, but this is my favorite combo. It's a fast healthy breakfast if you don't feel like eating; I also like them after exercise."

  1. Very good smoothie but instead of water I substituted milk. It's more pleasant taste with the fruit and yogurt. And for the yogurt I used strawberry banana flavor. Yummy

  2. This was very good. I think I would prefer adding more yogurt instead of water next time.

  3. TERRIFIC and terrific can be! DEFINATE keeper this is for me! Used 1 packet no sugar; equivilent to 2 teaspoons too! Less fat and tastes great, TRUE!

  4. This is a great way to eat fruit! I used a blend of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. I also didn't have plain yogurt, so used vanilla yogurt, and then didn't add any sugar.

  5. I made this for my BF... I was hoping that I could have some, but he drank the whole thing! Guess that means it's good. ;) I did sneak a sip and it was quite tasty, especially considering the simplicity. Blueberries and raspberries are the two organic frozen berries that I can get regularly at Trader Joe's so with that and the fact that we both liked it, I'm sure this will become a regular for us. Thanks!
