"This is a surprisingly good sweet and sour, tangy cocktail"

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 ounce white rum
• 1 ounce blue curacao
• 1 3⁄4 ounces fresh lime juice
• 1 ounce sugar syrup

directions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine-strain into a chilled Cocktail (Martini) glass.
2. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
