- 1 banana, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 teaspoon bee pollen (omit if vegan)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 1⁄2 cup soymilk
- 1⁄2 cup soy yogurt
directions
- Dump all of the ingredients into the blender, and blend on high setting until smooth. Serve immediately.

Now that I have two new 'thingies' (bee pollen & spirulina powder) in my pantry, it's a good thing THIS SMOOTHIE AS A HIT with me! I might let the pollen lapse when I finish it off, but the spirulina is another matter! Anyway, this is a wonderful drink & one worth making again! Thanks for sharing! I'm a grad student and also teach at two different schools, so I need some fast/easy recipes. I try to eat vegan, and most of my creations are also gluten-free because my husband is Diabetic/Celiac. I don't post any recipes I have not personally tried and liked.
