Great smoothie! I love how the pineapple really adds a nice sweetness, even if you don't use the stevia (I skipped it.) All the flavors work together, and if you look at my photo, you'll see that even my cat was tempted by it. She loves blueberries.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup plain soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons raw almonds
  • 14 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon stevia powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine everything in a blender and blend at high speed until very smooth and creamy.
