- 1 cup ice, crushed
- 1⁄4 cup vodka
- 1⁄4 cup blue curacao
- 1⁄4 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla-flavored syrup, like Torani
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Cointreau liqueur
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into 4 martini glasses and garnish the rim of each glass with a slice of orange.
