Blue Monkey Martini

"Based on Mike Costa’s recipe. He’s the bar manager and lead bartender for the Blue Monkey Lounge in Birmingham, Alabama."

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 2 ounces vodka (Barton's)
• 2 ounces blue curacao (Bols)
• 1⁄2 ounce Rose's lime juice
• 2 ounces sour mix
• splash Sprite
• 1 lime, wheel

directions

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add the vodka, Curaçao, lime juice and sour mix to the shaker, shake and then top with Sprite.
3. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with the lime wheel.
