  1. I liked this dressing alot. I halved the recipe and let it chill for about 2 hours before using. Next time I think I'll add a little more blue cheese. Thanks School Chef for a great and simple keeper. Congrats on your Week 1 Football win!

  2. Very good & tangy Blue Cheese Dressing. Thick & loaded with blue cheese. Thanks for sharing School Chef. Made for your Football Game Week One win.

  3. A nice dressing for greens and tomatoes. It was a tad too tangy for me, so next time may add just a pinch of sugar. I ate half the salad, left for a minute and came back to find my little doxon had eaten the rest of the salad. Looks like he enjoyed it too! Thanks and congrats on your football win!

  4. This is a good salad dressing. We didn't care for the vinegar or lemon juice. It was too tangy for us. Made for the first week of the Football Pool 2010. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
