    Found this old recipe today. I use to make this when I was young and was working at a local country club. Today, I reduce the fat by using fat free or reduced fat products.

      I liked this dressing alot. I halved the recipe and let it chill for about 2 hours before using. Next time I think I'll add a little more blue cheese. Thanks School Chef for a great and simple keeper. Congrats on your Week 1 Football win!

      A nice dressing for greens and tomatoes. It was a tad too tangy for me, so next time may add just a pinch of sugar. I ate half the salad, left for a minute and came back to find my little doxon had eaten the rest of the salad. Looks like he enjoyed it too! Thanks and congrats on your football win!
