Really rich and creamy. OK to use as much Blue Cheese as you like. Note: OK to add 1/2 tsp. Lawry’s seasoned salt. Even better is 5 drops of Tabasco or some shakes of cayenne pepper.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons chives
- 1 garlic clove, powdered best
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, cider vinegar OK
- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
- Combine all and mix well. Add milk if too thick. Store in refrigerator in airtight container.
