This was just SO wonderful! Definately a 5 star recipe! I made only 1 change from the recipe, I used Gorgonzola cheese because that was what I had, and it was so good, but I think next time I would use Blue because I like the stronger taste of Blue Cheese. Anyway, I used fusilli pasta, and I added some chopped spinach & grilled chicken strips and it was just so tasty. Hubby went back for seconds which is a good sign. I will definately be making this again & again. Thank you for posting this. Kelly

This was excellent! If you aren't a fan of blue cheese, don't worry because you can't taste it, and if you do like it try sprinkling more on top! I will definitely be making this many more times in the future.

This is so so soooo delicious. I replaced the clove of garlic with 1.25 tsp of garlic powder and added 100 g spinach. I also used milk plus some arrowroot powder instead of the half and half, but it still turned out great!

I 'm not a huge fan of blue Cheese, but my husband is so I decided to try this. I thought it was okay, and my husband thought the sauce was a little bland without much substance. That might have been me not putting in enough blue cheese. I think my husband is just used to/ or prefers the thicker, meatier marinara sauce. Anyway, thanks for a new recipe to try, but I will probably not be making again.

This was so easy to throw together and still tasted really great. The garlic and blue cheese flavors were heavenly. It made for a simple, lovely meal that tasted gourmet. Thanks for the recipe.

Loved it! I halved the recipe and it turned out beautifully. My husband suggested adding artichokes when I make it next time. Hmmmmmm.....

Oh my GAWD, look how humbly you describe this! Georgi, this one deserves a ton of fanfare, hoopla and a big old TO DO. Outstanding...and fast/simple! The sauce was just perfect, mild enough even for those not quite as devoutly addicted to the stronger blue cheeses as we are. (My husband makes a roquefort sauce that'll singe yer nose hairs clean off.) We topped ours with chives, some freshly grated parmesan, and black pepper and both of us were saying, "YOW! This is delicious!" Well, in between bites, we were saying that. Good thing I didn't start eating before I took a picture or I wouldn't have stopped long enough to snap one. Served with your Herb Butter for Steak Chicken Chops or Veggies spread over a loaf of French bread, topped with more parmesan and baked, this was simply a dinner fit for royalty. Thank you SO much!
