  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Add onions and cook until golden.
  3. Crumble blue cheese into onions.
  4. Stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and seasoned pepper.
  6. Stir in noodles that have been cooked with oil and bouillon in the water used for boiling.
  7. Cover and let stand several hours for flavors to blend.
  8. Reheat slowly (or heat in a microwave) before serving.

DH & I love blue cheese--this recipe brings comfort food to a new level. Served it at Mothers' Day family food fest and it was a hit. Even those not so fond of blue cheese couldn't get enough of it. Will make it again when I don't have to share with so many!
