Found this in a magazine years ago and it is the best blue cheese dressing I have ever had. Made as is it is very thick which I like as a salad dressing but it is also perfect as a dip for veggies, pretzels etc. You can add more milk or water to make it thinner.

- 1Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- 2Stir in onion salt lemon juice and milk.
- 3Add blue cheese and mix will.
- 4Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
