"This chunky dressing can also be used as a topping for potatoes or as a vegetable dip. For best effect, let chill 24 hours before using."

• 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
• 4 tablespoons buttermilk
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 4 tablespoons sour cream
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion, grated
• 1⁄4 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

directions

1. Use a fork and stir everything together except the blue cheese.
2. When thoroughly mixed, fold in the blue cheese.
