DELICIOUS! Just right for salads or wings. Thanks for a keeper!
I made this for wing dipping. The fist time I was out of sour cream so I used buttermilk. The taste was perfect but a little thin. The second time I used sour cream. Taste was great but very thick. I think the third time i will lessen the sour cream and add some buttermilk. All in all, the best blue cheese dressing i have had!
I love blue cheese dressings, but I especially love it on lettuce wedges decorated with crumbled bacon and chopped tomatoes. This dressing is just the perfect blend of flavors for us and we plan to make it often! I look forward to having it on some buffalo chicken wings too!
