From Taste of Home. A good, quick and easy blue cheese dressing.
- 354.88 ml mayonnaise
- 118.29 ml sour cream
- 59.14 ml cider vinegar
- 19.71 ml sugar
- 2.46 ml ground mustard
- 2.46 ml garlic powder
- 2.46 ml onion powder
- 236.59 ml crumbled blue cheese
- In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Stir in the blue cheese.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Store in the refrigerator.
- Yield: 2 cups.
This is thick and creamy dressing. The family is divided on the rating. My DH loves it. My DS doesn't like it because of the vinegar. I am giving it 4 stars. I cut the vinegar in 1/2 but in my DS opinion there is too much vinegar. Made for Market Tag 2008.
