• Yields: 1 cup
• Serves: 3

ingredients

• 100 g blue cheese
• 236.59 ml sour cream or 177.44 ml cream
• 59.14 ml malt vinegar
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 29.58-44.37 ml milk

directions

1. Mash cheese with fork.
2. Add remaining ingredients and beat or blend until smooth.

good, but to much vinegar, next time I'll cut the vinegar in 1/2 and alittle at a time. ty
