Anything with blue cheese gets my tastebuds going.
- 100 g blue cheese
- 236.59 ml sour cream or 177.44 ml cream
- 59.14 ml malt vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 29.58-44.37 ml milk
- Mash cheese with fork.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat or blend until smooth.
good, but to much vinegar, next time I'll cut the vinegar in 1/2 and alittle at a time. ty
