Buffalo chicken is especially delicious with a healthy blue cheese dip to help cool things off
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- Mash blue cheese in a medium bowl, leaving some small lumps.
- Whisk in the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, and pepper sauce to taste.
- Transfer to a small bowl and serve with the chicken wings.
