- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 ounces blue cheese (Maytag preferred)
- 1 teaspoon sour cream, more if necessary
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, more if necessary
- 1⁄3 cup pecans, chopped very fine
- Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together.
- Add some sour cream or mayonnaise to make it smoother and easier to spread.
- Chill, divide into 2 small balls, and roll each ball in pecans.
