Ohhhhh okay, I see you hiding behind the lettuce. Come on out...c'mon...(just making sure you're listening). Best salad I made in a long, long time.

I believe this is a Rachael Ray recipe because I found it on Food Network. Whose ever it is, it is fantastic! The dressing is to die for. Who would have ever guessed maple syrup would work in a salad dressing?

My husband and I now have a new favorite salad! This is quick and delicious. Tastes like a salad you would get at a fabulous restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone.

This salad was so great. I sprinkled it with a nice, not so overpowering, danish blue cheese. Tasted like it was a salad from a top restaurant.

Excellent dressing for this quick easy salad. Unfortunately I went shopping for spinach in the last minute but could not find any nice & fresh so I substituted with torn Romaine lettuce -very nice. I love the dressing with the Blue Cheese & walnuts Thanks Danny you have some great sounding recipes posted.
