  • In a vegetable steamer, steam potatoes for 8 to 12 minutes, depending on size. Test to make sure they are "just" done.
  • Cool potatoes to touch, quarter them and place in a large glass bowl.
  • Add the wine, chicken broth, parsley and green onions.
  • Toss mixture gently!
  • Let Cool.
  • Add Blue Cheese crumbles and Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing, toss gently!
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • Before serving transfer to a salad bowl, sprinkle with crumbled bacon and serve.

  1. This was a really good potato salad. I used half the blue cheese, but I can certainly see people liking the full amount. The caesar dressing gives it such a welcome added dimension. I bet celery would go well with this too.
     
  2. I was really looking forward to making this salad. It has all the good stuff- blue cheese, bacon, green onions, etc. It definitely needs to sit so the flavors meld. The salad had a good flavor but I would cut down on the blue cheese next time.
