Inventive way to switch up your BLT. I would have loved tons more sundried tomatoes to boost that yummy flavor, and some fresh tomatoes as well, to make it juicier. Still a good wrap though!
Made this for our Easter get-together, and followed this as written. I really liked the taste of sun-dried tomatoes & mayo mixed together and this was a special treat, indeed. It almost tasted similar to a 7 layer-salad, except rolled neatly in a roll. I cut mine in thirds, and with each third used a brightly colored toothpick to pick up easier. I put them out on a tray, along with a couple other treats but these were gone first and fast! Thank you for posting this delish treat! Made for 123 Hits! April 2009.
Scaled back to two serves for this morning's :yummy: breakfast. Made exactly to the recipe, except that I used fresh tomato and we had two rashers of bacon each. Thanks for sharing this delicicious recipe, kittycatmom. Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.
A delightful, simple, easy, and filling dinner. We had half of them, and will easily have the other half tomorrow. May throw some shredded cheese on them. Made no adjustments, a TERRIFIC LUNCH. Like the 1st reviewer, I think I also need to brush up on my wrapping. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.
This is so wonderful and refreshing. Unfortunately being in the boonies, I was unable to get sundried tomatoes, so I had to use fresh. Other than that, the recipe was made as written. I do though need wrapping lessons. :) This was so nice to have. I think I'm going to make it for supper tonight as well. Thanks kittycatmom for a delightful lunch. Made for Spring PAC 2009
I've never eaten sun-dried tomatoes and was surprised by the intense flavor (wonderful!). This is an addictive wrap and is now on my favorites list. I did use reduced fat mayo and 96% fat free tortillas. Didn't add onion as I didn't have any.
