This is an interesting dip to serve with raw veggies, crackers, etc. There is no "L" in the BLT part, but since this was a passed on recipe, I left the name intact. Very easy and good.

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Chill for an hour or so.
  3. Serve with crackers, chips, toast quarters or raw veggies.

This recipe just shows that simple can be very good. I thought I would add lots of things to this, but after tasting it I left as it was. Before I added the bacon I halved it, then put the bacon in and that portion was eaten as a dip with cellery and pita bread bits. The rest I put in the fridge and used it two days later, added bacon, garlic, green chopped onion, chopped yellow pepper and topped a baked potato with it. We really enjoyed this, thank yo
