Bloody Mary Mix

"I got this recipe from a friend at work. Not only does it make great bloody mary's, but also a killer red beer! Great for any recipe where you want a little zing in your juice."

• Yields: 5 quarts

ingredients

• 15 lbs tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons celery salt
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons onion powder
• 3 teaspoons canning salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 3 beef bouillon cubes or 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt

1. Cut tomatoes into quarters (no need to peel) and cook until mushy. Cool down then run through blender and then through a food mill. Bring juice to a boil and add the other ingredients. Carefully fill canning jars with hot juice. Jars will seal as the juice cools.
