This helps with anemia and low blood pressure. Also helps clean out impurities.
- Place in juicer 1-2 carrots at a time. Then spinach and lettuce leaves. Then juice 1/2 beet and parsley together.
- Stir and serve.
I'll have to get used to this for sure. It definitely helped chilling the drink before having it. The beet was a very dominate flavor, but of course I'm new to juicing. It was a strong flavored drink, but still good and it was filling too! Once I get used to drinking my veggies, this will be one that I keep coming back to.
