Blood-Orange Rum Punch

Very refreshing! Use a good quality sparkling white wine for this punch.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (750 ml) bottlechilled sparkling white wine
  • 3 cups blood orange juice (from 12 blood oranges)
  • 23 cup light rum (not dark rum)
  • Garnish

  • 1 navel orange, halved lengthwise, then sliced crosswise


  1. Stir together all ingredients in a pitcher and serve over ice.
  2. Note: Blood-orange juice can be squeezed 1 day ahead and chilled, covered.
