I got this recipe from My husband loves bleu cheese, so he loves this recipe. We multiply the recipe and freeze it in family size portions.


  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brown in oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl combine reminaing ingredients.
  3. Divide chicken breasts into two feezer containers and then pour half of sauce in each container. Cool and freeze.
  4. On cooking day: Defrost and place chicken in casserole dish.
  5. Bake in 350F preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
