A simple but elegant bleu cheese dressing. Great on a green salad or heirloom tomato slices. Try serving along side raw veggies or atop a grilled rib-eye steak!
- Combine all ingredients except the bleu cheese; mix well.
- Crumble bleu cheese, add to mixture and stir.
Very good! I added a bit more mayo and some seasoning salt to mine.
This is a very good dressing, It is very thick and rich. I followed ingredients per recipe except celery salt I used celery flakes. Made for PAC Spring 2008.
