Just perfect in taste, texture and wow! Finally a muffin that pops right out of the pan without sticking. I wouldn't change a thing. We both loved these, even my husband who stays away from Egg Beaters and fat free products. Fooled him didn't you? Mine cooked in 16 minutes.This was an ingenious creation using the Ready Set Cook #11 Contest ingredients - definitely a winner, maybe THE winner?!
