Great for low carb dieters! Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or endive. Also superb wrapped up in thin slices of ham, turkey or rare roast beef!
- 8 oounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 teaspoon thyme, powdered
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors can develop.
