It's very easy and inspired by an southitalian recipe.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 g pasta (Buccatini or Spaghetti)
- 1 (400 g) can tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
- cook buccatini al dente. set aside.
- in a pan heat olive oil.
- add tomatoes, italian herbs, cayenne and black pepper.
- cook until it's bubbling.
- mix thoroughly with Pasta.
- serve with cheese.
