- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 2 -3 cloves garlic
- 8 -10 whole black peppercorns
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1⁄4 cup romano cheese
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- Add all ingredients to blender jar.
- Cover and blend until thick for two minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Refrigerate and use within day or two.
