You can use other fruit besides just the banana! This makes a smooth and creamy FAT FREE breakfast that is so much better than those 'canned smoothies'. (Try freezing the bananas beforehand for extra creaminess.)
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass, and serve cold.
I had this for breakfast today and it kept me going until it was my lunch hour! Loved every sip of it:)
