ingredients
- 1⁄2 ounce blue curacao
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 1⁄2 ounces tequila
directions
- Pour the tequila and pineapple juice into a highball glas almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Drop the Curacao into the center of the drink.

A nice little drink. Pouring the blue curacao over top makes for a pretty drink. The pineapple flavour really comes through. I wonder if a squeeze of lime might add something to it. Same as previously posted recipe #222563
