      what a wonderful, uncomplicated recipe! And so tasty. This is such a great way to do trout. Its a real keeper, and I'll be making it again and again.Didn't realize I could enjoy any fish as well as I did when trying this recipe.

      I cut back the salt and the kid's loved it! As a show of gratitude, if ever you're driving to the deep south, just slow down slightly as you pass my house and nudge the passenger door open with your heel...I'll hop in and show you around.

      There wasn't enough of the spice mix to cover all four pieces of trout I had, so I had to go back and make a second batch. Then, the fish came out way too hot and way too salty for my taste, even though I reduced the salt to 1 tsp.
