Salmon with Blackening Seasoning.

  1. In a small bowl combine seasons. Mix well.
  2. Pat salmon fillets on both sides with Seasoning.
  3. Heat skillet on high.
  4. Melt butter.
  5. Add salmon and cook 3-4 min on each side until blackened (about 12 min).
